A seasoned and passionate interior designer, Russell heads up our talented design team. As well as creating original and thought-provoking concepts, his hands-on, collaborative style involves getting to know clients and the brief inside-out, and mentoring our skillful team of designers. Russell is a passionate and creative interior designer with over 20 years professional experience within the workplace design sector.

Before joining Peldon Rose on a permanent basis, Russell worked with us as a freelancer. He loved us so much, he came back to join us as Creative Director before going on to become the Group Design Director.
